How do you read them all? Like I have a ton of comics, but I can also read fast. This many books would take forever.

Superheroes yes. Fantasy yes.

Sci-fi I'm particular on.

Growing up as the unknown alien makes some sci fi stories just a liiiiiittle to close to a potential reality.

Anyway. To answer your question - shouldn't isn't the right word. Loving people just scares the shit out of me. People can die or disappear at any time, and losing them is painful. I'm not strong enough to deal with that pain, so it's safer just to not.
