Well, you know, there was the memory thing, but that turned out alright for me all things considered.

No. I don't have any roommates. Honestly, I prefer it that way. It's nice to have time alone.

It does seem convenient. I've been thinking of having a party or something for my birthday in February, but I probably shouldn't host it at my house or my roommate might get overwhelmed? She's pretty shy.

I'm really not used to making a big deal out of my birthday. Back home, there wasn't ever any time to celebrate. Honestly, I just forgot.

I can understand that. When I was growing up, we rarely had any extra money to do anything special for birthdays, so they were pretty much just like any other day.

Exactly. It's not as though I'd be opposed to celebrating one, but I just don't really think about it.

Still, a few of the people from my world gave me gifts, and that was very kind of them. It was a good day.
