Not unless you want to? But I thought it'd be just kind of staying in the house dressing up! It sounded fun.

[Rinku hums, walking over to the living room where the mirror is. When Evangeline comes in, she'll see Rinku carrying some empty shipping boxes to a recycle pile at the front door, and Mecchan and Hina through the door to the art room, where they're busy colouring.]

Hi, Neechan! I just got some stuff back from home, and that made me think I have a ton of clothes and maybe you might wanna try them.

Your clothes are really cute. And I do really like clothes, so, makes sense.

[Trying not to fidget.]

[Rinku reaches to squeeze Evangeline's hand and smile, then lead her up to her room.

Said room is... orange, very orange. There are a bunch of animal posters on the few empty spots on the walls that aren't taken up with shelving units; while there are a few books on said shelves, it's mostly seashells (small ones in jars, big ones standing loose), prize figures and idol merch won from the crane machine, a few nice music boxes, and a collection of percussion instruments from around the world.

And of course she's got a huge and fluffy bed, on which this and this are laying out. Her closet is open, with the whole "Clothes (Mundane)" section available.

Rinku goes to the blue food-themed dress and indicates the headdress with a donut on one side.]

I just got these back, so I haven't taken them to get tail holes made, but I realized when they came that I can't wear this part anymore without shapeshifting. So then I thought, Neechan likes clothes, it'll be fun to let her try stuff on!

[Evangeline's eyes go wide, and she gravitates to the white dress laid out on the bed, drifting over to touch a rose on a sleeve.]

This one - can I try this one?

Yeah! Of course!

[Rinku's eyes shine. She puts the headdress down and flits over to the white dress.]

This was for that Valentine's thing, the one where Noa-chan set us up into pairs to make love songs! I bet it'll look really nice on you.

[Evangeline nods, and goes to begin getting changed. Which - apparently she doesn't mind taking her clothes off right in front of Rinku, that's a thing?

It'll take her a minute to get undressed and then put the whole outfit on, it's somewhat complex.]

[Rinku closes the door and looks away! She's just here for moral support. If Evangeline needs help fixing anything, she'll do it, but otherwise she's just gonna look at a monkey poster on the wall.]

[All ready, Evangeline looks at herself in the mirror in the beautiful white gown.]

...I look like a bride.

[Please hold, she's processing.]

[Rinku helps Evangeline with the corset and tying the big bow in the back. She lights up and smiles wide, looking at her in the mirror too.]

You look amazing, Neechan. ...Are you okay? Wah, did I do something wrong?

[wait oh no was this a bad idea fret]

[Evangeline sniffles, then hugs Rinku tightly. She can't keep looking at herself in the mirror anyway, her eyes are too watery to see clearly.]

You didn't do anything wrong, it's just, a lot-

[The idea of her feeling safe enough to wear a wedding dress - in more ways than one - has her reeling.]

[Rinku hugs Evangeline back just as tight, not caring that the heart-shaped crystal is pressing into her chest. She rubs her back and nods.]

It's okay... I didn't want you to be sad. But you're okay, Neechan. You're gonna be okay.

I don't even know if I'm sad, I'm just - overwhelmed. [More sniffling.] I never thought I'd wear something like this.

[Squeeze. Rinku nuzzles her, still holding on.]

You look amazing, Neechan. And you can do whatever you want for the rest of forever.

You think so? -Even get married, someday?

[It's terrifying. She's afraid to hope for it. But it also sounds incredible, if she were ever able to push past her fear enough.]

Mm, mm.

[Nodnodnod.]

If you wanna, you can. If you figure you still don't, that's okay, but if you do but you're scared, you can still do it. You deserve to be happy. And we're all gonna support you no matter what!

[Evangeline sniffles and wipes her eyes.]

...It probably won't be anytime soon, but... But, it kind of, sounds nice?

[Huuuuuuuug.]

Can I be there when you do? If you decide to. I want you to get to be happy.

Obviously?? There's no way I would get married and not invite you!

[Rinku lets go, extracts herself carefully from Evangeline, fixes the rumpled ribbon and lace layers, and then spins.]

「Happy Around!」

[Evangeline smiles, still a little watery, and does the full spin.]

[Rinku sparkles more than she ever has before. She hugs Evangeline and rubs her face on her, making happy noises. She too is starting to tear up.]

Yeah! Yeah, yeah! I'm really happy for you, Neechan! And I'm glad you're here!
