I'm not sure how I am handling it. Everyone is worried about me. And I don't blame them. I know, logically, it wasn't my fault. I didn't destroy my world. But I failed to protect it. I failed to keep my promise to Maria that I would keep the world safe.

And I don't know what to do now. What I should be doing now.

Protecting the whole world is a lot to put on just one person. Even the Ultimate Lifeform.

I thought I could do it. I have never been good at resting.

I've been okay-ish? Nothing really major has happened other than you being gone. Nothing else to complain about, I'm alright.

I'm glad. Not sure what I would do if I left and something terrible happened to you while I was gone.

I really don't know what to say.

[She can handle compliments about her looks or her bedroom prowess, but when people compliment her personality she gets flustered.]

But, I'm glad. You're an important friend to me.

My mind goes to the obvious, I'll admit. What would you do for a distraction, besides sex? What other activities would you do?

Sex is definitely the distraction I'm best at, but besides that... Hmm. When I'm distracting myself I usually go for books.

Having a new book to read wouldn't be a bad distraction. I still have the list of your recommendations. I'll get one from the library.

I'd like something that makes me think. Keeps my mind on the book. Perhaps a very well written mystery or something about the history of this world.
