Okay, I'll come over now, then.

[With that, she ended the call and got herself ready to head over to Evangeline's place. And once she arrived, she barely even took the time to check the address before knocking on the door, a large envelope in hand.]

Evangeline! It's me!

[The door opens immediately.]

Hi Mary! Come in.

[The house is spotless, thankfully.]

[Mary headed in at the invitation, looking around curiously to take in the decor- books, art, anything else of interest- it was all very tidy!]

So this is your house...

[There are SO many books on bookcases. Science books, books of poetry, mystery books, supernatural romances... lots of supernatural romances... She's a big nerd.]

Make yourself comfortable.

[There's a big comfy couch in the living room!]

You have loads of books. Have you read all of them?

[Going over to take a peak- even stretching and standing on her tip-toes to try and read the titles of as many as possible! She didn't recognise all the words- as evident from her muttering the titles aloud as she read- but did a decent job of it.

...She'd evidently gotten distracted as to the actual reason she came by, but she'd get back to that sooner or later.]

Most of them! I even have more in my room.

[It's always a good time to talk about nerdy things, what do you mean she came here for some other reason.]

Wow... I should start collecting books soon too. Which books are your favourite? I only have a few books at home, but I've got a lot of sketchbooks now.

Oh! Here, this is for you.

[There we go, she remembered- she'll be going over to hand Evangeline the envelope. One that contained a cute drawing of the two of them relaxing amongst some flowers, as well as a friendship bracelet she'd made. It's colours had been carefully picked- blue to match Mary's ribbon, red to match the flower Evangeline wore in her hair, and purple from mixing those colours together.

[Her heart is going to explode.]

[There was barely any hesitation in Mary before she eagerly held her arms out to her- yes please!]
