Such a concept is... well - it must have been forgotten some time ago, back in Everhood.
There were hardly more than thirty of us by the time the end came, and many of us would not have called each other "friends" at all.

Thus, I've been attempting to... gauge that sort of thing, watching others here. What it is that makes someone a friend you choose above all others.
I wasn't aware that I held such qualities. Duval had shared a similar sentiment, but that is -
He and I quickly bonded through life or death in this realm.

I do not know what sort of importance I held to everyone else, back in Everhood. Certainly, Gold Pig would notice I was gone... and perhaps Rasta Beast would worry.

I don't believe "importance" is something anyone truly thought about in that realm.

When those shadow things were running around, one of the things I saw was you, hurt. Dying. I knew it wasn't real and I was still so afraid. The thought of you gone - hurts.
